Our 30 day Money back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied in any way with Precious Stones please contact us to return your jewellery within 7 days of reception of your package. You will have to return to us the merchandise within 30 day of receiving the shipment. Our qualified personnel will assist you in delivery of an another item, replacing your order, or refunding the purchase price excluding our restocking fee of 15% and the shipping fees.
Please follow these steps for a refund: |

1- Send us an e-mail within 7 days of the reception of your package at contact us letting us know you want to return the shipment. We will need your order number, name, shipping address and phone number.
2- Get an authorization number for the return, our customer service will provide you with this number. We will refuse any retuned item and send back to sender if this number does not appear on your Shipping document.
3- Ship to us, we must receive your package within 30 days from the day you received your package. You must send the return package via a traceable carrier so that you can track your package if necessary ( Fed Ex, UPS ). For your protection please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Precious Stones is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
4- Do note write the words, jewellery or diamonds on the package you will return. Please use fashion accessories.
Most important:
* Please take note that no items will be accepted if the item is damage or has been worn or tampered with. We must receive the Jewellery in the same condition as it was sent to you. Also include all original packaging and collateral material. Damaged items due to customer negligence will not receive any refund. Worn goods as evidenced by micro-scratches, scratches, dirt or additional workmanship from other jewellers will not be accepted.
We will send a prompt refund if all the above requirements are met to the original credit card use for the purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We will do our best to send your purchase within 10 working days of your date of purchase. If our workshop is to busy or our stone supply is backlogged we will inform you of the delay via e-mail.
All off our jewels are sent by UPS international services they use a tracking number for your delivery so we will be able to follow your purchase during it delivery.
There is no fee for shipping in Canada. An additional 30.00$ charge for delivery will be added to your total purchase for delivery in the United States. For all other countries we will contact you with the exact cost if so for delivery.
